We are legally obligated to ensure the safe handling and storage of your data under the Data Protection Act 1998 and more recently The GDPR Act 25th May 2018. We only use the details that you provide when you book an appointment online and join as a member. We will use those details as to i.e. phone number or email address to confirm appointment details, make amendments or cancellations to your appointment. We may from time to time send you newsletters, special offers or promo codes. that. We do not share or sell any of your data to any third parties or marketing firms.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We do not store any payment details such as bank details or credit/debit card details nor do we share or sell details to any third parties.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

This information is entered by the customer at the point of booking an appointment, this information is stored so that we have records of our customers bookings and booking history. If you have become a site member you can change your personal information at any point and you will also see your appointment history. If you are not a site member and need to change any details please contact us on the email below. You can also unsubscribe to our emails by any preferred contact method.

We retain this information for one year and if you have not returned to the shop in this time we will delete your details. If you wish this information to be deleted or you wish to know what information we have about you free of charge then please email us at hello@thejunglecollectivebarbershop.com We Have 40 days to respond to this request.
